MuayFit Malaysia has officially partnered with Concorde Hotel Shah Alam to introduce a unique combat fitness experience within a hotel setting.
This collaboration brings Muay Thai, boxing, and functional fitness into a structured, beginner-friendly program open to hotel guests, corporate groups, and the public marking a growing trend of hotels evolving into lifestyle and wellness destinations.
Founded in 2010, MuayFit Malaysia is one of Malaysia’s pioneering MMA gyms, with four branches across Klang Valley and a strong reputation in the combat sports scene, including organizing Central Fight Fest, which has attracted over 80,000 visitors.
The program is designed to be inclusive and accessible to beginners, families, corporate teams, and individuals seeking fitness, self-defence, and stress relief. A dedicated kids’ martial arts programme is also available, focusing on discipline, confidence, and coordination in a safe environment.
In addition to individual training, the initiative offers corporate wellness and team-building programs, with HRDF/HRDC claimable options available. Rates start from RM 49 per adult / child for an hour session.

The program is open for parents and their children from aged 6 years and above to have fun filled family time with swimming by Swim Up Academy, explore of self-defence in kick boxing by Muayfit Malaysia, and get into fitness at Kilos Fitness Centre gymnasium.
