In honour of the holy month of Ramadan, Mines Beach Resort is delighted to invite everyone to join for a delicious Ramadan buffet. Ramadan is a month of spiritual reflection, increased devotion, and a time to come together with loved ones.

The Ramadan buffet provides the perfect opportunity to do just that. This Ramadan, embark on a culinary adventure with authentic Malaysian favourites and some of our special highlights to look out for such as Kambing Golek, Sate, Sup Tulang, Grill & Barbeque, Durian Pizza and many more!

This diverse and exclusive buffet spread will begin from 2 Ramadan 1444H / 24 March 2023 at 6.30pm to10.00pm, every day until the near end of Ramadan, 29 Ramadan 1444 AH / 20 April 2023. Guests can relish in the bazaar ambience accompanied by the musical melodies of the live band, Orkes Esentrik, as they browse through the stalls and over 100 delectable dishes to select and savour their favourite Ramadan delights. All while not forgetting their faithful duties as we also provide prayer rooms for all Muslims.

For most of us who crave the simplicities of welcoming kampung food, await the taste of our daily selection of Gulai Kawah Ala-Kampung where we will serve 3 different types of gulai a day including the classic Gulai Daging/Itik Salai Cili Api, Gulai Ikan Asam Pedas, Gulai Kambing Kawah and Gulai Ikan Masin Talang Dengan Nenas among others.

The main course at the buffet spread includes offerings of Pucuk Paku Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Mutton Masala, Prawn Butter Milk, Ikan Tenggiri Belado, Ikan Tiga Rasa, Labu Masak Lemak Putih, Ayam Kurma Berkentang, Bee Hoon Singapore, Kari Ikan Tenggiri, Telur Itik Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Mutton Curry, and much more that will surely satisfy your taste buds.

Our buffet also includes a splash of the tantalizing flavours of Arabic cuisine. There will be mandi rice, shawarma, hummus, baba ghanoush, an array of Arabic salad, and Lebanese bread made by our very own Palestinian chef. Not to mention the selection of Arabic desserts including the sweet and delicate Baklava served with walnuts.

Guests will also get the change to indulge in our hearty barbeque and grill section which includes Steak, Grilled Chicken Leg, Lamb Shoulder, Chicken Jumbo Sausages, Deep Fried baby crabs, Otak-Otak, Satar as well as the famous tender and meaty Roasted Whole Lamb so you can get a taste of every flavourful part.

Other highlights of which not to be missed are the Mamak and Satay Stalls that includes Roti Canai; Roti John; Chicken Murtabak with Vegetable Dhalca, Chicken Curry and Sardine Curry; and Grilled Marinated Skewers of Chicken and Beef with Rice Cubes, Cucumber, Onion, and the classic must-have Peanut Sauce.
