Oasis Home Holding Berhad Collaborates With Leading Livestream Marketing Agency To Expand Wellness Reach

Omni-channel consumer lifestyle products marketer and seller, Oasis Home Holding Berhad (“Oasis Home” or the “Group”) [绿洲家园控股有限公司] is expanding its presence in the wellness market as it targets high-growth potential segments via e-commerce platforms.

To support this initiative, Oasis Home’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Oasis Wellness International Sdn. Bhd. (“Oasis Wellness”) [绿洲健康国际有限公司], has entered into a joint venture agreement (“JV Agreement”) with GIMCare (M) Sdn. Bhd.(“GIMCare”). The joint venture company, OG Alliance Sdn. Bhd. (“OG Alliance” or the “JV Company”) will focus on e-commerce sales of wellness products tailored for Malaysian consumers.

GIMCare is a wholly owned subsidiary of GIMmedia Sdn. Bhd. (“GIMmedia”), a multi-channel network (“MCN”) and livestream marketing agency involved in livestream management, key opinion leader (“KOL”) marketing, and content creation.
GIMmedia has received multiple accolades, including TikTok Top MCN, Shopee Top MCN, and Lazada Enabler. It is also recognised as a Top TikTok Shop Partner (“TSP”) under the name GIMTotal. GIMCare has gained strong traction among a broad base of Malaysian shoppers, with its brand portfolio demonstrating a track record in converting digital presence into meaningful sales performance.

As Malaysian consumers increasingly turn to online platforms for convenient and trusted wellness solutions, Oasis Home is expanding its reach to engage a wider spectrum of Malaysia’s multicultural population. This new venture supports Oasis Home’s strategy to expand its digital-first wellness portfolio. The Group has progressively expanded beyond home and lifestyle products to include beauty, personal care, and wellness, broadening its appeal across multiple consumer segments.

Under the JV Agreement, OG Alliance will be established as a JV Company with a start-up capital of RM500,000. Oasis Home, via Oasis Wellness, will have a majority equity stake of 51% while GIMCare will hold the remaining 49%. This collaboration is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s financial performance in the coming years.

This collaboration brings together Oasis Home’s product development expertise and GIMCare’s marketing expertise and established e-commerce presence in Malaysia.
Oasis Wellness will manage product development and sourcing, regulatory compliance, branding and packaging design, logistics, inventory management, and finance operations. Meanwhile, GIMCare will lead the go-to-market strategy, including KOL and affiliate marketing, digital marketing and advertising, warehousing, and fulfilment. This move is expected to strengthen the Group’s brand penetration within
Malaysia’s increasingly diverse consumer base by extending its reach across different product categories and audience segments.

Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Home Holding, Datuk Jaden Teoh Yee Seang (拿督张维城) said, “The JV Agreement marks a strategic step forward in our journey to meet the evolving needs of Malaysia’s wellness market, a segment that is growing rapidly and increasingly shaped by trust, credibility, and community-driven engagement.”

“The initial product pipeline includes marine collagen powder drinks, skin health supplements, and kids’ immunity boosters, all developed with the needs and preferences of local consumers in mind. These products will be sold on leading e-commerce platforms including TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.”

Digital platforms are driving growth in the wellness space. In July 2025, TikTok’s wellness category alone recorded over RM80 million in monthly revenue. According to IMARC Group1, Malaysia’s health and wellness market is projected to grow from USD11.4 billion in 2024 to USD18.0 billion by 2033, at a compounded annual growth rate (“CAGR”) of 4.6%.

Despite strong industry growth, Datuk Jaden stressed the importance of responsibility, “While the growth of digital channels has created exciting opportunities, it has also led to the rise of wellness products entering the market without proper approvals. At Oasis Home, we ensure that every ingredient and formulation is fully in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements and are Halal-certified.”

Datuk Jaden added, “Consumers’ safety, transparency, and accessibility are at the heart of our product philosophy. We believe that high-quality, effective wellness products, those that meet regulatory standards and address consumer needs, should also be priced affordably. We do not just sell wellness, we uphold it.”

Director, Strategy Initiative of GIMCare, Mr. Mike Seah (谢镇聪先生) said, “We are excited to partner with Oasis Home to bring professionally formulated, trusted wellness products to Malaysian consumers. With our deep understanding of the digital landscape and audience behaviour, especially within the TikTok and Shopee ecosystems, we are confident this partnership will deliver strong market results.”

The JV Company is expected to be incorporated by early September 2025, followed by the launch of its first product by end-2025.
