Jelajah Citarasa High Tea Buffet At The Mesh

 A newfound experience of local culinary journey is about to take flight at  Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre where authentic Malaysian cuisine is savoured in a different light. Inspired  by the sense of community, Jelajah Citarasa High Tea Buffet will make its debut from April 26, 2025 onwards at the hallmark  restaurant of the hotel, The Mesh. Be ready to savour and celebrate the rich cultures and vibrant flavours of Malaysia, one state  at a time. 

Jelajah Citarasa High Tea Buffet aspires guests to truly connect with each Malaysian state by getting acquainted with the  authentic dishes originating from it. Guests can indulge in a variety of traditional favourites from different states of Malaysia  through a curated spread that focuses on chef’s picks for a period of time. For a cherished culinary experience with a more  memorable effect, the buffet spread introduces a crafted rotation of featuring delicacies from two states every quarter. 

To mark its debut, the buffet will first feature a mouthwatering spread of Kedah and Pulau Pinang dishes until June 2025.  Anticipate an array of classics like pai tee, rojak pasembur, asam laksa, nasi kandar, and numerous sweet delicacies awaiting  to be explored at The Mesh—with inclusions of fresh sashimi, sustainable seafood on ice, and other exciting extras.

In conjunction with the recent launch of The Malaysian Kitchen campaign by Marriott Bonvoy, where guests can experience  Malaysian heritage recipes in one place, its featured dishes will also be specially highlighted in Jelajah Citarasa High Tea Buffet.  This initiative by Marriott Bonvoy brings together a great roster of talented chefs from selected Marriott hotels in Malaysia to  showcase their signature local dish namely nasi ayam, beef satay, char koay teow, ayam percik, chicken biryani, mee kari, and  nasi lemak rendang ayam.
