Take your pick from classic favourites such as our Steamed Signature ‘Siew Mai’ with Flying Fish Roe, Steamed Phoenix Eye Dumpling with Water Chestnut, Goose Liver and Caviar, crispy Prawn Dumpling with Ebiko and Salad dressing, Steamed Shrimp Dumplings and many more.
If you are looking for something sweet and savoury, go for the steamed bun with custard and egg. Lastly, end your gastronomic journey of the ‘All-You-Can-Eat’ Dim Sum with our Chilled Soy Bean with Snow Fungus or Chilled Herbal Jelly with Honey.
If you are not into buffet style, Zuan Yuan does offer ala-carte menu too.
